Biography

Dr Guranjan Grewal is an experienced medical oncologist consulting at Icon Cancer Centre Toowoomba. In 1996 he graduated from SMS Medical College in Jaipur, Rajasthan with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Internal Medicine and became a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2011.

Completing his specialist training in 2012, Dr Grewal relocated to Toowoomba to follow his passion of providing care in regional and rural areas. As a staff specialist at Toowomba Hospital, Dr Grewal has had a key role in the expansion of oncology services in the rural and regional areas of the Darling Downs region. He brings an holistic approach to cancer care, prioritising the mental, social and physical wellbeing of his patients and ensuring their loved ones are supported throughout the treatment process.

Dr Grewal brings extensive knowledge and experience in delivering exceptional cancer care, providing patients with the highest level of quality care. Dr Grewal’s clinical experience covers a broad range of solid tumour malignancies with a special clinical interest in melanoma, genitourinary cancer (including testicular cancer), gastrointestinal cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer.
